 The build worked with gnat 3.14p. So the bug is in the file 
 INSTALL/build.html:
 "compiler (GNAT version 3.13 or later, or GCC version 3.1 or later),"

The compiler detects the bug in itself and shows the message about it.
After showing the strange filenames (there are no such files) it
starts thrashing until it is killed:
