Synopsis: After build problem

State-Changed-From-To: open->feedback
State-Changed-By: rodrigc
State-Changed-When: Sat Feb 23 18:59:20 2002
State-Changed-Why:
    You might get these kinds of errors if you try to
    link against C++ libraries compiled with older versions
    of gcc. Is this what happened to you?

    You may have older libraries compiled with an older
    version of gcc in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH or linker path.

When I compile gcc-3.0.0, everything is fine (no errors
during the compilation). But when I launch some applications
or when I try to compile some applications (omniORB-2.3,
quanta-2) I got the following error: libstdc++, missing
symbol __dso_handle.
I don't think it's a libstdc++ problem because this symbol
is defined nearly in every package (in boehm-gc, it is
defined extern).
