Synopsis: g++ can be made to segfault trying to compile code that incorrectly uses a templated struct as an expression when using namespaces in a certain way.

    Both versions now (2003-01-01) give the same error:
    ice.cxx: In function `int main()':
    ice.cxx:12: error: expected primary-expression
