Synopsis: parser: __attribute__ on parameter declarations

State-Changed-From-To: suspended->analyzed
State-Changed-By: neil
State-Changed-When: Wed Jan  1 21:51:25 2003
State-Changed-Why:
    The new parser gives:

    /tmp/bug.C:1: error: expected constructor, destructor, or type conversion
    /tmp/bug.C:1: error: expected `,' or `;

    Mark, is this an intentional tightening of the attribute syntax? Regardless, the diagnostic is not too hot.
