 Just for the record,
 the ICE is gone on mainline, but we still have an error message
 which leaves us with a rejects-legal bug:
 
 PR8164.cc: In member function `void B<<anonymous> >::foo()':
 PR8164.cc:14: error: conflicting types for `typedef struct A<(i <= 2)> C'
 PR8164.cc:13: error: previous declaration as `typedef struct A<(i <= 1)> C'
