 Just for the record:
 
 The problem with the mutually inclusive namespaces has been fixed
 on mainline (which will become gcc 3.4). I.e. the reduced testcase
 now compiles without problems.
 
 The original example, however, does not compile because
 the new parser adheres closer to the C++ standard.
 This means the code needs to be fixed.
