gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

	* ast/rust-ast-dump.cc (Dump::emit_visibility): New function.
	(Dump::visit): Call into `emit_visibility`.
	(Dump::format_function_common): Likewise.
	* ast/rust-ast-dump.h: Declare `emit_visibility`.
