It seems that this lib is no longer created by binutils, what would be
the best route to getting gnatmem to compile?

Copy the addr2line.c file from binutils into the gcc/ada/ directory and
remove the need to have the library present?

Or copy the file across and then add rules to create the libaddr2line.a
for GNAT?
