gengenrtl error while compiling gcc

Hi.

I'm trying to compile gcc-3.2.2 on a s390 system. The system is currently
running SLES8 and I'm trying to build an LSB-si subsystem to run under the
running system.

The funny part is that I'm finding gengenrtl if I look for it on the
system. The command does not fail when I call it from the command line. I
try hard coding the directory where the command is but that didn't work
either since the Makefile gets generated every time.

I also tried searching the bug database but was unable to find any similar
problems. May be someone here can help me.
