This commit updates the following file...
gdb/doc/gdb.texinfo
gdb/doc/refcard.tex
gdb/syscalls/update-netbsd.sh
... by hand as instructed by the gdb/copyright.py script.
The update by hand is needed because the copyright headers
to update are actually nested inside those files, rather
than located at the start of the file.
