[PATCH] Fix a test failure in gdb.threads/stepi-over-clone.exp

[Bernd Edlinger]

When the XML support was disabled at compile time,
the test case gdb.threads/stepi-over-clone.exp fails
with lots of time-outs, which can be annoying.
This makes the test case unsupported instead.
