Hi Tom,

Starting with this commit, I see failures in gdb.trace/entry-values.exp,
using the native-gdbserver board.  I also see these failures, which are
likely related, but I haven't checked them all:

 - gdb.trace/backtrace.exp
 - gdb.trace/collection.exp
 - gdb.trace/unavailable.exp
