Dear all,

Just a quick message to let you know that I transitioned
the Git hooks we are using in the binutils-gdb.git repository
to a new version which uses Python 3.x as the interpreter.
It should be a transparent change.

Please let me know if you see any abnormal behavior.

Do those hooks run server-side, or on my local machine?  If the
latter, does it mean I will now have to have Python 3.x installed
here?

They run server-side, so you do not need to change anything on
your end.
