* Error building on Windows 10

Hello I am trying to update my 8.0 version to 11.2 on Windows 10 but the
djconfig.sh script is broken. Or at least it seems to be. When I run it it
says that Changelog.0203 cannot be found but the file is now named
Changelog-0203. When I remove that check I get a host of other errors about
not being able to find certain files like /dev/env/DJDIR/bin/find. Or utod
not being a command. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
