Just removed unused libunwind_frame_base_address:
http://sourceware.org/ml/gdb-cvs/2012-03/msg00083.html

Therefore it is clear there has never been support for STABS
variables/parameters for frames unwound using libunwind.

As libunwind has ever been supported only on ia64 this PR is ia64 specific.

This is only a PR for the record, I do not plan to fix this.

This bug hit the trifecta of dead technology.
I can't imagine anyone fixing it, so I am going to close it.
