COMMAND is the command being aliased to. A user could infer that COMMAND means command + arguments. E.g. alias nosegv = handle SIGSEGV nostop noprint pass alias segv = handle SIGSEGV stop This doesn't work, but the user could think it should. -- Configure bugmail: http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 5+ messages in thread

Rather than fixing the docs, maybe "alias" could be fixed to make this work. It seems possibly handy. -- Configure bugmail: http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 5+ messages in thread
