Both gdb and gdbserver have code for the FastTracepoints
feature, e.g.:

      if (gdb_supports_qRelocInsn && target_supports_fast_tracepoints ())
        strcat (own_buf, ";FastTracepoints+");

However, this is not documented in gdb.texinfo.
