This is filed this as a C++ bug, but the crash I'm seeing is in
f_type_print_varspec_suffix. Is part of your program written in Fortran?

--- Comment #5 from dongfuye at 163 dot com ---
this problem is quite annoying. although gdb 7.6 do not core, but sometimes it
cannot show the variable value in lamda functions.

i think the bug maybe caused be lamda functions.

--- Comment #6 from Gary Benson <gbenson at redhat dot com> ---
It might help if you could try building the latest git gdb and see what that
does (http://www.gnu.org/software/gdb/current/). Some improvements went in
recently relating to C++11 symbol demangling so you might have better luck with
that.

--- Comment #7 from dongfuye at 163 dot com ---
i try the latest gdb -- 7.8. it does not core.
i spend more time to do some experiment, and found that gdb could not print out
variable values in lamda function which is in constructors. it seems to work
well for lamda functions which is not in constructors.
