With .gdb_index (haven't checked psyms), break foo.h:42 is not interruptible.
This is important as there can be many hits, as in 1000s.
This came up because a user tried something the resulted in >12,000
breakpoints.
Hopefully one or a few QUITs added to dw2_map_symtabs_matching_filename
is sufficient, though an audit of iterate_over_symtabs on down is in order.
