Request from #gdb.
IWBN if the "Starting ..." line included the process id.
Implementing this would be a bit more involved as that line is printed before
the inferior is created. An additional line would be fine.
We print thread created messages, why not a similar message for the process.
For completeness sake, one would need to take into account the various kinds of
targets - but for *nix targets maybe this would be sufficiently useful.
