This refers to CLI commands; the "macro" component is for
the "-g3" support for C-style macros in expressions.

Serio, I presume you sent your patch to the gdb-patches list, correct? Do you
have a link to it? I'm having trouble finding it.

I also presume that no one is working on this, but it would be a useful feature
for me. I'd like to use it to sometimes have builtin commands overridden and
sometimes not. And the command hook system doesn't quite cut it.
