I looked at this a bit, but one problem is that function-wrapping
objects would require a call along the lines of:
arch->function (arch, ...)
That is, the arch would have to be repeated.
This seems pretty ugly.

We replaced gdbarch.sh with a python script, which seems to be good enough.
At least now it's easy to read and modify, and fast as well.
