If I have a "layout src" and/or "focus cmd" in my .gdbinit file, and I perform
a "tui disable" (either at the command line or C-X C-A), the gdb process
immediately aborts with the message "Aborted" (on Linux) or "Abort trap: 6" (on
Mac OS X Catalina) and return code 134 (on both).

If I take them out of my .gdbinit and do a "layout src" and/or "focus cmd" at
the command line, there are no issues.
