Binaries and logs (bionic and focal)

These failures seem to have started with commit
1b30f42106cfd50ef1c020db2ca31f2fbe51ef8a (via git bisect).

I confirmed this on aarch64-linux/Ubuntu 20.04 (focal). It's not reproducible
on Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic).

FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs.exp: print index at BP_main
FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs.exp: print v_state%code at BP_main
FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs-2.exp: src_prefix=0: nest_prefix=0: printing
outer scoped variable
FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs-2.exp: src_prefix=0: nest_prefix=1: printing
outer scoped variable
FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs-2.exp: src_prefix=1: nest_prefix=0: printing
outer scoped variable
FAIL: gdb.fortran/nested-funcs-2.exp: src_prefix=1: nest_prefix=1: printing

I haven't investigated it too much, but GDB seems to be printing incorrect
values for some symbols.

    Luis pointed out that an earlier patch of mine caused two regressions
    in gdb.fortran.  This patch fixes the problem.
