            Bug ID: 28548
           Summary: gdb cannot debug coroutines
           Product: gdb
           Version: unknown
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gdb
Assignee: unassigned at sourceware dot org
Reporter: zeydrjeb at gmail dot com
  Target Milestone: ---

I'm using gdb 11.1 to debug a program using coroutines compiled with gcc 11.1

Putting a breakpoint inside a coroutine is not working well, GDB jumps directly
to the end of the block.

With the CTRL+X+A, the debugger arrow is shown at the start, then the end of
the coroutine.

Is there a workaround for this or gdb is not fully supporting coroutines?

--- Comment #1 from Tom Tromey <tromey at sourceware dot org> ---
Normally gdb is at the mercy of the compiler for this kind of thing.
If you have a small & self-contained test case, we could take a
look though.
