I see this failure regularly on my CI now.  I can't reproduce it locally.  This
time it was with the native-extended-gdbserver board, I don't recall if it's
always the case or if it happens with all boards.

 = #f^M
 (gdb) FAIL: gdb.guile/scm-ports.exp: buffered: test byte at sp, before flush
