When gdb is invoked from the cygwin console, attempting to start the target
program fails with error message:
Error creating process /home/user/foo.exe, (error 6: The handle is invalid.)
A second attempt to start freezes gdb (CTRL-C not operational: must be killed
from task manager).
This works like a charm when gdb is invoked from some other evironment (i.e.:
Win$ console).
Tested on gdb HEAD with up to date Win7pro and cygwin.

Additional info: gdb and target program compiled for cygwin (not mingw).
