It was noted that the URL to the GDB doc may have changed.  Links referenced by
Google now give 404.  For instance when I search for "gdb python breakpoint",
the first result is:

https://sourceware.org/gdb/onlinedocs/gdb/Breakpoints-In-Python.html

Which gives 404 at the moment.

updated their links either.

Is it a change in texinfo/makeinfo which makes it output to gdb.html instead of
gdb?  Do we want to fix our build so that the old behavior is preserved?

To the best of my knowledge, there was no change in terms of makeinfo/texinfo,
so my best guess is that this comes from a change in our sources somewhere. I
haven't checked though, as I won't have much time for the next few weeks.
