Now I get
(gdb) b main
Breakpoint 1 at 0x4000000000002291: file access_03.cpp, line 23.
... which is
0x4000000000002291 <+49>: adds r18=40,r12
... which also seems similar to what happens in the ICC case.
Normally these prologue-skipping things are up to the compiler anyway.
I'm going to close this bug on account of its age and target.
If there's still a problem, feel free to comment and/or reopen.
