Hi,
  I am using gdb 6.3 on RedHat Enterprise 3. After starting it, I set a 
couple breakpoint commands,

  set breakpoint pending on
  b myfile.c:100

  and then type run command, but then I get this message,

Warning:Unexpected waitpid result 02057f when waiting for vfork-done

  and gdb hangs.

  I wonder if this is a known problem?

Please try a CVS version of GDB.
