* How often is the git repository is updated?

Hi,

On the website (http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/current/) in the
Read-only git section it is stated that the git mirror is updated
regularly. How often I wonder? Wouldn't be a bit more precise to state
the actual time interval? I figure it is done by a script, and
probably running a cron job, so it would make sense if the web site
give that information.
I really don't like cvs, so I would work in git, and I burned my self
using git-cvsimport so I would like to know how often is it worth to
look at the git mirror's master branch to rebase/merge my recent work?
