That was likely answered before but the answer is "missing" at either 
www.gnu.org/software/gdb/mailing-lists/ or 
https://sourceware.org/mailman/listinfo/gdb/ - adding it there would be 
likely useful.

I've found the following likely should work. is that the "correct way"?

https://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/search.cgi?form=extended&GroupBySite=yes&ul=%2Fgdb

You can use Google with a "site:" keyword, for example

  site:https://sourceware.org/pipermail/gdb/ tty
