The remote follow fork patches have not been accepted into the mainline yet, but work is continuing on this.

Hi,
I used to debug by running ddd/gdb on the target and setting DISPLAY so ddd
would display on a remote pc. With X going and Wayland coming, gdbserver is more
needed. I'll look into how gdbserver works.
