The issue is with Romanian locale data (localedata/locales/ro_RO).
The comment at lines 208-210 is no longer accurate. There are already enough
fonts to correctly represent "t with comma" character (U021B).
The week day name for "Tuesday" should be corrected to use this character.
Line 213 should be changed to:
"<U006D><U0061><U0072><U021B><U0069>";/
The comment at lines 208-210 should also be removed.
