In ldconfig we have a specific sorting against the files listed in the search
directories. This is controlled by _dl_cache_libcmp() function. We don't
document this behaviour anywhere, and at this point it's pretty close to ABI.
We should add tests to verify _dl_cache_libcmp() behaviour.
We should document the directory list sorting behaviour so developers can know
what will get listed first.
