wcsrtombs() fails with locale 'C.UTF-8'
Conversion with wcsrtombs() outputs wrong results or fails (-1) with locale set
to 'C.UTF-8' .
mbsrtowcs() seems to work fine and reacts correctly on LC_CTYPE setting.

The length argument of wcsrtombs is counted in bytes.
