Documentation fixes for malloc etc.
While looking into some Gnulib bugs involving its emulation of glibc
malloc/free/etc. on non-glibc systems, I noticed that the glibc manual had
several deficiencies in this area: important corner cases are undocumented,
examples have integer-overflow bugs, that sort of thing. Proposed patch
attached. I plan to circulate this proposed patch on libc-alpha too.
