On processors with PCONFIG, like Intel Alder Lake, I got

FAIL: elf/tst-cpu-features-supports
FAIL: elf/tst-cpu-features-supports-static

since PCONFIG is a privileged instruction and CPU_FEATURE_ACTIVE_P is false.
CHECK_FEATURE_PRESENT should be used instead of CHECK_FEATURE_ACTIVE on
PCONFIG.  A patch is posted at
