Glib 2.37 branch fail to build with gcc 6.4.1 on x86 platform with following
error message.

netname.c: In function ?user2netname?:
netname.c:56:52: error: unknown option after ?#pragma GCC diagnostic? kind
[-Werror=pragmas]
   DIAG_IGNORE_NEEDS_COMMENT (8, "-Wformat-overflow");
                                                    ^

Build successfully with gcc 7.1.1.
