Log message:
* pr.c (free_pr_header): New function.
(free_pr_contents): Don't free the header contents here, as otherwise
the header will never be available after a PR is read in.
(free_pr): Free the PR's header too.
* query.c (iterate_prs): Ditto.
* index.c (indexValue): If there's no index available for this
PR, return NULL instead of coredumping.
