Log message:
* man/*: Very preliminary (and incomplete) updates. Added a
couple of pages, deleted references to mkdist.
* edit-pr.sh: Fixed --database option.
* delete-pr.sh: Added --database option; fixed exit statuses for
invalid options.
* gen-index.c: Removed bogus --catfile option.
