Log message:
* internal.c (setError): CODE_READONLY_FIELD has a BadFields
list.
* index.c (writeCurrIndex): Fix writing out of binary indexes;
we need to write the number of fields in the index as the
first byte.
(createIndexEntry): Call createIndexEntryBinary () if the
index is binary.
