Log message:
	* lists.c: Remove the "Classes" option.
	
	* query.h: Remove the ListClasses value.
	
	* query-pr.c (long_options): Remove --list-classes.
	
	* pr-init.c (getBuiltinField): Look up the field as a non-builtin
	field, if it's not a builtin.
	
	* dbconfig.in: Remove the builtin-name for fields that are no longer
	builtins.
	
	* builtin-fields.h: Remove several builtin fields that are no
	longer needed as builtins.
	
	* query-pr.c(query_opts): Use the builtin field names as strings
	instead of using the builtin structs.
