Hello,

I am still working on installing gnats on a new Redhat 7 system.
Following the instructions on
http://sources.redhat.com/gnats/3_113_manual/gnats_4.html#SEC55 ,
I have worked my way through these steps:

./configure --with-full-gnats
make all info
make install install-info

The web page instructions don't seem to be in sync with the steps
necessary to get gnats installed.

Section A.2, step 4 says to "Edit the files `categories', `responsible',
and `submitters' in the directory `GNATS_ROOT/gnats-adm"

That directory does exist.  I created it and manually copied the
three files mentioned from the defaults directory.  After creating
some categories, the instructions say to run "mkcat".  However,
when I do, I get a bogus usage message and it doesn't create
the subdirectories.  What gives?
