Can you add/remove fields from the webpages?
eg.... The create issue page. Can i add the field *Responsible: *or
*Submitter-Id: ?
*And how do i delete fields like *Priority *and *Confidential??
*any ideas?

IIRC, you could override the methods in gnatsweb.pl by writing an
equivalent sub procedure in gnatsweb-site.pl.
