the CVS yet.)

  1.Release 4.1: Code cleanups, bug fixes, documentation updates
    (Mid to Late July 2004?)
    - 1.Prepend $(DESTDIR) to Makefile.in installation targets (Chad)

            (Finished but not rolled into GNATS CVS 5.0 branch)
