On ftp.gnu.org, only GNATS 3.2 is available. This seems to confuse
people a lot, I've received complaints several times about the 3.113
Debian package "being an old version, because GNATS 3.2 is available" (I
don't know why people think 2 > 113:-).
Could you please arrange the thing with GNU FTP maintainers? The FTP
should either be updated or removed, IMO.
