Hello,
I am running gnats-3.999.2 (gnats4.0-beta2) version on a 7.3 red hat
OS.
I did a configure, built and installed the tools. I also created the
database and the categories.
From the web interface when I use the gnats, it comes out with the
error:
Login
Return code: 417 - GNATS initialization of database failed: No such database
as /home1/gnats/com/pqagnats
But the above directory is very much present and permissions are
fine.
How can I solve this? Please let me know.
