If the command line clients are called in such a way that network
access is implied and a host isn't supplied then you get a SEGV
This patch prints out the following message instead:
[mbrader@swag mbrader] query-pr -v mbrader -w mbrader -d db1
query-pr: Could not determine hostname or hostname not supplied
