I would strongly suggest to include some 
internationalisation for GNATS. I plan to use it for
our company together with gnatsweb and it seems just
fine. Should take some hours to translate gnatsweb.

But I had to patch file-pr.c: there is mailtext hardcoded
into the binary :(.

I volunteer for translating to german (but not for general
i18n).
